Draught Beer
Aiblinger Schwarzbier - 5,0% vol.
LA PERLA NERA - Dark export - Still produced today using the traditional mashing process with three dark malt worts, it is distinguished from any other dark beer by its typical malty aroma and full, bitter taste with aromatic Hallartau hops, which give it a slightly sweet taste.
Leo Weisse - 5,0% vol.
LA CELESTIALE UNFILTERED AND CLOUDY - Natural clear Weizen - It acquires its unusual and full-bodied character thanks to the top-fermenting yeast. The wonderful aroma of Weizen can be smelled from the moment the beer is tapped. Matured in the cellar, it is bottled like this, unfiltered and cloudy: this is how it preserves all the good and healthy characteristics of the malt and yeast.
Auerbräu Helles - 4,9% vol.
THE BRILLIANT AND HARMONIOUS - Rosenheimer Helles - Still produced today in accordance with the old German law from 1516 on the purity of beer. Pleasantly subtle and bright, it stands out for its fresh and clean taste. The selected bottom-fermenting malts and hops give it a light and harmonious taste.
